Leadership Institute

The MPLA Leadership Institute is a chance to develop essential leadership skills, guided by expert facilitator(s). You'll engage in hands-on projects and collaborate with peers from across the MPLA region, all while building a strong foundation for your future leadership in the library community.

Leadership Institute is currently held every other year. The next opportunity will be in 2027 with applications open in the fall of 2026.
