The MPLA Leadership Institute is dedicated to empowering library professionals to drive innovation, enhance services, and build stronger partnerships. Through a combination of expert instruction, hands-on projects, and peer collaboration,
The 2025 Leadership Institute will be led by co-facilitators, Sharon Morris and Jamie LaRue. A frequent presenter for library associations, regional workshops, and library staff days, Jamie has also served as a facilitator, last-minute panelist, moderator, and master of ceremonies for everything from debates to awards dinners.
